The redesign of the original titanium utility knife is mainly aimed at changing the original appearance, making the shape more diversified, and based on the classic structure, making the appearance more attractive, giving users more choices

Can you walk us through the key design innovations—like the one-button operation, liner lock, and smooth bearing mechanism—that make this Titanium Utility Knife both functional and user-friendly?

Smooth bearings ensure smooth and unobstructed opening and closing of the cutting tool, making it easy to control even with just one hand. The safety mechanism constructed by the liner lock can effectively ensure that the tool will not be accidentally retracted due to excessive external force during use.

Why did you choose Gr5 titanium for the frame, and how does CNC machining elevate the performance and aesthetics of the final product?

Gr5 titanium alloy combines the advantages of high strength (tensile strength 900-1100MPa), lightweight (60% density of steel), corrosion resistance, and good biocompatibility. It also supports CNC integrated molding, reducing assembly errors and improving reliability.

• Performance: Optimize cutting parameters (low-speed high feed+hard tool), combined with cooling technology to reduce thermal deformation and improve accuracy.

• Aesthetics: Sandblasting eliminates processing marks, balancing texture and durability.
